Full Price Registration requires payment in full by October 15, 2025.

If you would like to be considered should a space become available, please add your name to the Waitlist by submitting the Registration Form.

No deposit or payment is required to join the Waitlist. Simply skip the payment section, agree to the required consents, and submit your form.

If a cancellation occurs, individuals on the Waitlist will be contacted in the order their Registration Form was received and will be given a limited amount of time to complete their reservation.

Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. Tuition refunds will not be provided for cancellations made after August 15, 2026. If you choose to not attend the retreat after this date, we will attempt to find a replacement participant from our Waitlist In the event of full payment by an alternate participant, your registration may be refunded (minus any fees incurred by banking institutions or credit card companies).
